EERA was delighted and honoured to be partnering in 2021 with the Global Educational Network in Europe (GENE) to make significant research funds available to our members to further research the area of global education. The award offers two different funding schemes, for projects worth 15.000 and 5.000 Euro and one scheme for Emerging Researchers.
The European Alliance for Social Sciences and Humanities (EASSH) represents 28 European scientific and scholarly associations with a combined membership of tens of thousands of researchers across the spectrum of SSH disciplines.
Upon instigation of EERA and its members, the University of Hamburg, under the supervision of Professor Ingrid Gogolin, successfully submitted a project entitled European Educational Research Quality Indicators (EERQI) in the 7th Framework Programme of European Union.
EERA has been collaborating with a number of partners, among them ISE and EASSH, in order to highlight the importance of SSH research for European research in general and for the EU's latest framework programme 'Horizon 2020' in particular.
