The 2003 European Conference on Educational Research was held at the University of Hamburg in cooperation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Erziehungswissenschaft (DGfE), from 17 to 20 September 2003. The Post-Graduate and New Researchers' Pre-Conference took place between 15 and 16 of September 2003.
