Our partners, the Glasgow Convention Bureau, reserved rooms for you in a variety of hotels in the city centre. As Glasgow's centre is very compact, and the underground connects the centre with the university campus, all hotels can easily be reached from the venue.

We recommend you book as early as possible!
Glasgow is a popular tourist spot, especially in Summer, therefore we recommend you reserve a room as soon as possible. Very favourable cancellation policies will even allow booking before the review results are sent out:

  • You can cancel individual reservations from 72 hours to 48 hours prior to arrival depending on your hotel. Please check the terms and conditions in order to avoid late cancellation charges.
Low-Cost Accommodation in Student Residences
We are pleased to offer low-cost rooms in the university's student accommodation facilities. Rooms can be booked via a special booking platform. Places are limited, therefore we recommend you book as early as possible.
