On Tuesday, September 10, there will be a Welcome Reception for all Main Conference participants from 19:00 – 21:00 in the yard of the University right by the sea. The Civilizations’ Sounds and Choir of the University will be singing songs representing a variety of cultures and areas of Anatolia. Cocktail will include wine, beer, soft drinks and a variety of snacks/canapes.
The social event of the Main Conference will be the boat tour on the Bosphorus on September 12, Thursday. Boarding starts at 19:00, in the university's harbor at the campus. Boats will return araound 10.00 h.
All social events are free of charge for conference participants. Please use your name badge as the entrance ticket to the social events.
